The future for Ostatu is progress in the direction of further improving the quality of our grapes, by working with all the means we have available, and with new technologies so that with each year’s harvest we can get the very best out of our land, and achieve the maximum natural expression of our wines.

With this goal in mind, it is especially important that we continually assess our working practices in the vineyards, so that what we do in the fields is good for the vines themselves in the sense that it respects the environment and is agriculturally sustainable. At Ostatu we want to improve every single day, by applying common sense and a great deal of reflection. We believe that “the best way to find out what the future holds is by creating the future”.
