Our Wines
Our young red wine is made using the traditional carbonic maceration method. This results in a lively red coloured wine with its own particular character; smooth flavoured with little acidity, and with a particularly fragrant aroma, and that is best drunk while it is still young. We also make a very refreshing fruity young white wine.
When we are making wines that will be oaked aged, we always try to bring out all the full potential and the maximum expression possible from the grapes, starting by selecting in the vineyards the best bunches of the oldest and least productive vines. This way we get the very best out of each vineyard.
The Sáenz de Samaniego family makes all their wines from their own vineyards, and all our wines are produced in such a way as to best guarantee their stability and quality.
